1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Services

Archie's Aloha Pest Management provides pest control, termite control, rodent removal, bird and bat control, weed control, and related structural repair services throughout California's Central Coast. Service availability is subject to scheduling and geographic limitations.

3. Payments

• Invoices are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Credit card payments are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.
• Returned checks may be subject to a returned check fee.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Limitation of Liability

Archie's Aloha Pest Management's liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. SMS Messaging Program

Description: We use SMS/text messaging to communicate with customers about their pest control services, including appointment reminders, technician notifications, and account updates.

Types of Messages We Send:

• Service notifications (appointment reminders, technician on-the-way alerts)
• Delivery/completion notifications
• Account notifications (invoices, payment confirmations)

Opt-Out: You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Text STOP to unsubscribe. After sending STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To re-subscribe, text START.
